I’m always excited when people book me to be a Blackbrook House wedding photographer. This country house, nestled in a hillside near the Derbyshire town of Belper, is a beautiful backdrop for a wedding, and the staff are always fantastic.
More often than not, at some point during the wedding day, the bride’s bouquet will get passed to her husband. This usually prompts a chorus of “Ooh, they suit you!” or “Wow, they really set off your eyes!” followed by much hilarity.
