Probably one of the most common wedding day traditions still going today is the first dance. From a time where the guests of honour at any social event (balls, parties, weddings) were always the first ones to grace the dance floor, the wedding first dance is now a lot less ballroom dancey and undoubtedly a lot more intimate. Which I think today’s photo is a great example of.
Meet Carys and Andy, who asked me down to London to photograph their Download-festival-inspired wedding. I’ve not done many weddings around our country’s capital and this was a great one to make the trip down for. They’d chosen the RSA Vaults for their wedding venue, and what a stunning place it is.
