Nestled against a wooded hillside on the edges of Belper, Blackbrook House is an exclusive-use wedding venue. One that, in recent years, has become a most sought-after location for wedding ceremonies and receptions in Derbyshire. One look at it’s ivy-covered front, the lush green surrounding woodland and the large lawn and you can see why.

I’ve photographed weddings at Blackbrook House a number of times over the last few years, and have enjoyed every single one. The staff at this family-owned venue, have always been super helpful towards my couples, the guests and myself. There’s always someone around to help out with whatever needs doing. And anything you need is never too much trouble.
