Ellie & Luke’s Fun-Filled Summer Wedding at Foxtail Barns

Family is a huge thing to Ellie and Luke, which meant that this was always going to be a great wedding to photograph. With my mum’s side of the family coming from Italy, there’s always been a big focus on food and family, usually at the same time. And with weddings usually having lots of food and lots of family, there’s obvious similarities.

It’s these human interactions and the relationships between friends that really drive my photography, whether I’m working as a Derbyshire wedding photographer closer to home, or heading over the border for a Foxtail Barns wedding like this one.

Most of my couples would rather spend their day enjoying those moments with their nearest & dearest than being off on an elaborate photo shoot for ages. So, while we always find a little time for some relaxed portraits, most of the time is just me trying to bottle up the essence of your day, making your photos a sort of time machine so you can travel back and re-live it all for years to come.
